We’re Hiring: Weed Cultivator & Grower – Kincardine, OntarioJoin a growing team in Canada’s cannabis industry!
We’re hiring a dedicated Cannabis Cultivator and Grower to support the healthy growth and maintenance of high-quality cannabis plants.
Responsibilities:
- Plant, prune, and care for cannabis plants from seed to harvest
- Monitor plant health and apply nutrients or pest control as needed
- Harvest, trim, and prepare cannabis for the curing process
- Manage lighting, temperature, and humidity settings
- Keep grow rooms clean and follow strict SOPs
- Maintain daily records of plant growth and environment conditions.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of cannabis cultivation or horticulture experience preferred
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in fluctuating temperatures
- Must have a valid G License and access to your own vehicle.
Location: Kincardine, Ontario
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Must have own transportation
